Question/Comment:

I am on this medication indefinately to prevent a bone infection after one of the surgically implanted plates of my fractured tibia became exposed when an incision came unstapled. Have been on it for two months and my blood cultures are negative indicating no infection. Bone is healing well and my orthopediac surgeon's policy is to stop the medication once fractures are fully healed. Very satisfied with results of this medication.
