Question/Comment:
Are muscle pains common?
Posted: 2008-01-31 21:36:15
iGuard.org Answer/Reply:
About 5-6% of patients taking this product complain of muscle aches and pains when taking this product (versus about 2% for placebo)

Answer/Reply:
Muscle cramping and pain is common. The heart is also a muscle which can have pain. My doctor prescribed Vitamin D as a supplement to Actos and the pains vanished! Never discount chest pain though as it may not be related to Actos! Chest pain and abdominal pain should always be evaluated by a physician.
