Question/Comment:
My doc said to try taking 1 a day and see how I did with it -good advice. In the beginning, if I was having a tough day with congestion, headache, etc. I'd take a 2nd tablet at night. Over time, it has not been necessary to take more than 1 a day, which works very well for me. This is the first time in my life I've been almost completly free of sinus headache and pressure for long periods without headaches or congestion. At times, I don't even think about allergies and temperature and humidity changes rarely affect my sinueses since I've been taking Zyrtec D.
