It works well for the disease but you have to be very carful of the side effects on the need for sex or to gamble. If I don't take it my legs and arms become so weird feeling and jumpy to the point I would beat my legs and arms to the point of brusies But it has do the same thing as far as the erges to gamble and have sex. I have never had a problem of being controled by a need to do someing or as it is called a compulive behavar Disorder. but Requip has been the best at making my syptom go from enduring it 5 to 7 time a week to only every once in a while and when it dose happen it is much lighter.

Requip works extremely well for RLS. The first night I took it at bedtime as prescribed and it only took about 20 minutes to take effect and stop the jittery feelings in my legs. Just make sure you don't take it too far before going to bed as it makes you sleepy.

iGuard.org Answer/Reply:

Requip works well for me. I cannot get though one night without taking it. I have have had restless legs since I was a child (now 79) so, this med has given me great relief; couldnt do without it.

Question/Comment:

Requip was a "God-send" for me. I suffered miserably from restless leg syndrome. I got very little sleep as most nites I paced the floor trying to relieve the leg spasms and muscle jerks. Now I no longer suffer in the evenings if I take one tablet about a half hour before bedtime. During the day if I know I'll be sitting for extended periods of time, my doctor okayed for me to take a tablet then as well. It's gotten me through many movies and conferences. Thank you can't express my gratitude enough!
