I also take 10mg of Enalapril, and don't have any trouble with it. I take Metphorman and Effexor, and for a while was taking Chantix, and Enalapril mixed just fine with them. But I did make sure to ask my doctor about it first.

I take 10mg once a day and have had no adverse side affects at all. I was extremely leery of taking any high blood pressure medicine but have been completely satisfied with this drug. The only negative factor is I can't use any kind of allergy sinus medication other than Flonase
