Question/Comment:
I have alot of mucus and nasal congestion because I have 2 teeth that needs work on. Sometimes your sinus can act up if you have teeth problems.

Question/Comment:
I almost always experience nasal congestion with a lot of mucus from my nasal cavity draining into my mouth. Occassionally, I can discover small bolus on my tongue appearing like a half digested boiled rice with an offensive smell.
Available treatment I have been taking in this part of Africa (a Surborb in Liberia) is: Tylenol Sinus Congestion Tabs. This can normally wipe out the symptoms for 3-4 weeks and reoccur again.
I will therefore appreciate were you to help me with a recommended treatment (through my e-mail which I can share with our Community Health Officer) to permanently heal this illness and save me from a trip to abroad which I am afraid I can't achieve.
Blessed you who save lives.

YOU MAY FIND NATURAL REMEDIES AT GNC. WHEN I'M REALLY CONGESTED I USE A BOTTLE (EMPTY)
PUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF SALT(REGULAR OR OCEAN SALT BETTER) AND GO FORWARD WILL TAKING A STEAMING SHOWER(ALWAYS) SQUIRK THE WATER THRU MY LEFT NOSSIL FIRST AND THEN BLOW-OUT. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER SIDE. AS MANY TIMES NECESSARY THROUTH THE DAY. USE WARM LUKE WATER
THE HOTER THE BETTER. YOUR NOSE WILL BE RUNNY FOR 10/15 MINUTES BUT YOU KEEP BLOWING OUT ALL THAT SECRESION. I HAD THREE SURGERY TO REMOVE MY NOSTRILS AND BELIEVE ME IT WORK FOR ME
EVEN A ALLERGEN DOCTOR TOLD ME TO CONTINUE DOING IT. SALT WILL REMOVE ANY BACYERIAS THAT ACCUMULATE DURING THE DAY DUE ALLERGIES. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!!

iGuard.org Answer/Reply:
One of the most useful things I have found for nasal congestion is apple cider vinegar. Drink 2 tsp-2 tbsp of Bragg apple cider vinegar (with mother) in 1 cup warm water sweetened with 2tsp-2 tbsp local honey. Do not use distilled vinegar. Get pure unfiltered vinegar from your health food store. The vinegar has many uses and benefits. It clears our liver congestion which is the root cause of nasal congestion. The local honey helps build antibody tolerance to your local allergens. Ultimately, a liver cleanse or liver support is the answer. Try Free and Easy Wanderer a chinese herbal formula.
