Question/Comment:

Has anyone else had the side effect of terrible flatulence from this supplement? I have stopped Vit B and it went away, then restarted it and it came back. It might just be the particular supplier. I believe I took it in the past without noticing the gassiness. It seems to help with my immune system but my energy level seems unaffected.

Answer/Reply:

Any chance your supplement contains calcium carbonate? I switched from using calcium carbonate to calcium citrate due to *bad* flatulence. My Super B Complex supplement contains calcium in the form of dicalcium phosphate and I don't seem to be having any problems with it.

Question/Comment:

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCTS FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND IT HAS HELPED ME ALOT. MY IMMUNE SYSTEM GOT STRONGER AND I DONT GET SICK A LOT ANYMORE LIKE HOW I USED TO. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO TAKE EMERGEN-C.

Question/Comment:

I have been taking Super B Complex by Nature Made daily for about 7 months and can tell a definite difference in my energy level. I seem to be more motivated to get up and get going. I am 54 and had lost a lot of energy over the last few years, and this plus my Multi Vitamin, which I have taken for several years, seem to have really helped.
