It is possible that you will experience postural hypotension, or a drop in blood pressure when you first stand up. To counteract this side effect, stand up more slowly. Be aware that you may experience some dizziness, especially when going from sitting to standing or laying down to sitting. Some patients can avoid this by changing positions more slowly. You can also minimize the risk of this side effect by using the lowest effective dose of Viagra should be used when taking Flomax. If you experience dizziness when changing sitting up or standing up and it is severe, make an appointment with your physician to discuss changing your medications.
