Question/Comment:

I have used Tylenol PM Rapid Release for months and months. I find it very effective in relaxing and getting at least 6 hours of sleep nightly. I only use one capsule and it works very well for me. Using 2 capsules makes me very groggy when I need to get up. Lately, I cannot find Tylenol PM and have had to resort to other brands. I am soon to be 61 and feel that I may be depending on a sleep relaxer but still want my Tylenol PM Rapid Release.

Question/Comment:

I have been taking 2 tylenol pm every nite for years now. I have had no side effects. It may be addictive, as I cannot sleep without them.

Question/Comment:

I've had problems sleeping since I reached my mid-50s (now 62-male). In the past 6 months it got so bad, that I was only sleeping about 2-4 hours a nite. I don't want to take habit-forming prescrpt drugs (done that in the past, & didn't work very well either). I've been using Tylenol PM every other night, and it works good for me for the most part. Taking it more often is less effective, so I have to do with an average of 10-11 hours sleep EVERY TWO DAYS. I'm suprised that diphenhydramine or Benadryl works this way with Tylenol. I have NO allergy problems.

Question/Comment:

This product helps me to relax by relieving my muscle aches and tension as well as helping me relax enough to sleep. I don't sleep well unless I take this product although I don't think it is addictive. Will continue taking this product until I am able to sleep without it.
