Hi, I started taking Centrum 50+ A to Zinc (100 tablets) for 20 days (one tablet in the afternoon after lunch) and I got more swelling and joint pains. I have High BP and Diabetes (less). When I stopped, the swelling is decreased and pain is reduced. Pls let us know whether I can take this one or not.
