Question/Comment:
I stopped using Rhinocort turbohaler budesonide powder seven days ago.
It had provoked coughing. It affected by ability to talk and my ability to eat. The coughing provoked reflux.
Since stopping the Rhinocort seven days ago I have coughed less and less each day.
It had been prescibed after my complaints about Nasonex causing me chest pains and cough.
Both Nasonex & Rhinocort caused bloody scabs in my nose. The doctors seem to think nothing of this.

Question/Comment:
My son is almost 2 yr. old and has been taking Pulmicort for more than six months. It helps with sinus infections but has increased ear infections. He had to get tubes in his ears last month. I wish there was an easier way to adm. Pulmicort other than a nebulizer for small children. He will not hold still for 15 min. so I can't be sure he is getting the full dose.

Question/Comment:
You all are talking about a whole different medication here. Rhinocort is not anything like Pulmicort. Pulmicort is a fine mist powder that you inhale through you mouth and it goes into Your lungs and it is steriod based. Rhinocort is a complete different medication used for a completey different medical condition.
This was suppose to be a discussion forum for PULMICORT, not RHINOCORT... LOL!
