Question/Comment:

In other words -
do you use this as a mist inhaler with the neubilizer and then the HFA- inhaler as needed during the day.....

Question/Comment:

I was put on this 2 years ago, for so called asthma (which my husband has had all his life) I have only used this 3 times. I started taking allergy shots 2 once a month, and have no problems so I'm wondering if I have asthma at all. I do not get attacks like my husband does so this bothers me. Should I or shouldn't I use it.....

Answer/Reply:

I being a user of Xopenex user myself am a firm beleiver in it. However I think if you are no longer having problems, and the allergy shots are helping maybe you shouldn't be using it. I would think it would end up causing more problems later in life if you do continue using it. As the old saying goes, it its not broken don't try to fix it. Sounds to me like it IS more of an allergy thing than astma. No since in taking medication that you really don't need.

Question/Comment:

I use the Xopenex in my nebulizer, as it does not make my heart race. I only use Albuterol Inhaler when needed.

Answer/Reply:

I assume you mean the liquid mist vials - then do you also use the HFA inhaler a few times a day if needed??????
