SInce, I been taking Multivitamin for a month now. I notice that my eyes are getting better. I have constant dry eyes and increase in energy. I love the vitafusion brand because it's hard for me to swallow other brands but this i can chew and it taste so good too.

Question/Comment:

I do believe it all depends on the individual and their particular nutritional needs. There are so many out on the market you really have to be careful due to all the added supplements; which some can be potentially very dangerous if one is taking certain medications. So please be aware and if you're not certain; check with your pharmacist when making such a decision. This may sound petty to some, but when you are on many different medications; you do have to take that in account for your health... as well as your age too. It does matter. Best of luck to you all! And if at all possible your fruits and veggies is where it's at ;)

Question/Comment:

multi mineral vit makes me hungry does that happen to anyone else? Is this common?

49 year old Female

iGuard.org Answer/Reply:

The answer is it doesn't make hungry because you should eat during or before you take any meds. This is critical for proper digestion and it minimize side effects. Continue take vitamins the benefits are greater than the rists. Good luck!

iGuard.org Answer/Reply:

Some does. I tried taking Geritol vitamins and they increased my hunger something terrible. So I went back to One-A-Day WeightSmart, that cuts the tired feeling I get everyday around 2 p.m and it suppresses my appetite.

Answer/Reply:

I am a 48 year old male who has been taking a multivitamin / multimineral for many years.
It does not normally make me more hungry.
Are you new to taking one?
If so, it may take time to adjust.
I know others say they need to eat something in order to take a vitamin.
Hope this is helpful.
