Question/Comment:
I have not heard that Green tea is to help with energy. I have heard it used for mental alertness and to help with weight loss. I use Green tea to help with my weight loss and it does help. I would say if you are finding yourself needing energy you need to talk with your doctor it might be aside effect of the medications you are on. I have severe knee problems with both knees and so I have a very hard time getting around. So I understand that part but if your having trouble getting around is only do to lack of energy you seriously need to see your doctor. Because it could be aside effect of your medications or a sign of a more serious health problem. My prayers are with you!

Question/Comment:
I'VE BEEN TAKING GREEN TEA EXTRACT FOR A FEW MONTHS. I CAN'T SEE ANY DIFFERENCE IN MY ENERGY LEVEL. I DID TAKE WHITE TEA WITH ACAI AND IT DID GIVE ME SOME ENERGY. ENOUGH TO GET MY HOUSEWORK DONE. AS IT IS ,I CANT WALK VERY FAR OR DO MUCH OF ANYTHING. DOES ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS I DO? IF SO, SEND COMMENTS TO THIS WEBSITE. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT!!

iGuard Answer/Reply:
The green tea as well as any herbals are not regulated drugs in the Unites States. As a result there is not consistent and reliable clinical study data to prove their effectiveness or benefits. You should discuss your energy level concerns with your physician to look for proven alternatives or to review any medications you may be taking that could be causing the fatigue.
