This diet pill is the best weight lose solution I have ever tried! I have not ever had a problem with weight until I got prego with my son. I gained a whopping 72 lbs while I was prego. I had an extremely hard time losing it after. I breast fed for 18mo and that didnt help! I joined a gym, but I have asthma so I am unable to excersize as much as I needed to. I also tried every over the counter diet pill there is. So finally I asked my doc if there were any prescription diet pills. He gave me this one. That was 3 months ago. I have lost 38lbs now and am back at my pre pregnancy weight! I have not experianced any bad side effects. The only thing I have experianced was a lot more energy. Which I liked. In the first few days I did have trouble sleeping but this was only temporary. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. I stay away from fruit juices, absolutley no soda, no energy drinks, only an occasional starbucks! Mostly I drink water. I also make sure I eat normally just small portions. You want to make sure you are not starving yourself, or when you stop taking the drug, you may just gain it back. Eat as you would if you were not taking it so your body will be re trained. I also have had 4 friends take this as well and they too have had great results and no harmful side effects! This medicine can be expensive but luckily my insurance covers it! So I only have to pay $8/mo for it. I would pay full price if my insurance didnt cover it, it is totally worth the price! I also did walk 30 mins per day for the 1st month but then stopped and I have done no excersize since. Contrary to the previous entry I do take the generic form and its works great! Everyone is different though. I would no doubt recommend this drug! Good luck to all of you!

This diet aide is the best thing I have ever taken to assist in weight loss, I do not get the jitters like you do from alot of diet pills. I do have more energy and it helps to sapress your appetite. The key thing to remember is drink plenty of water and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and some lite exercise and you will see a difference in your weight, The biggest thing you notice before you start really shedding pounds body fat and body mass is the difference in the way your clothes fit in about two weeks. If you have struggled with every diet or weight loss plan you have been on this is the boost you and your metabolism need, I feel better about myself and the way that I look. Until this medicine I was ready to give up and had resigned myself to being fat for the rest of my life. The weight loss has helped with my back pain and boosted my self confidence. This pill does not elevate your blood pressure or make you crash when it wears off. I have tried the generic but I can tell you it does not work as well as the authentic bontril, I would rather pay a little more and have better results. Good luck and happy weight loss.
