I have found that Beconase is one of the most expensive in this category. Can you tell me if there is another with the same affects or with a generic. thank you Mary Gensel

There are other steroid nasal inhalers that do have generics. Each patient reacts differently to the different steroid inhalers. They are very similar, but it may take a little trial and error to see if a different one works for you. One that has a generic form available is Flonase - the generic name is fluticasone. Discuss your options with your physician.
