Question/Comment:

Icould not tolerate it becaue I had an "allergic reaction" to it. It is supposed to irritate skin, but for me it caused my arm to swell more than 5 inches in both directions and large expansion of skin irritation. It was like having poison ivy itching and swelling, woke me up at night too. I could not continue it more than 3 days, and it doesn't work well if you have long delays in between usage.
