Question/Comment:
No noticable side effects, taking 1800 mg/day (3 caps.) for anxiety/depression. Mood swings are less frequent. Using with vigorous exercise (3-2hr. sessions/wk, weights and 1 hr. cardio per event), was able to stop taking Wellbutrin. I am still on 100mg. zoloft per day.

NAC 600 works very well to quickly get rid of the symptoms of a head cold. I take 2 600 capsules and my symptoms are relieved in 24-48 hours. It helps shorten the duration of a cold and I usually feel better in about 2 days

Acetylstein has been a life saver for me. If I become extremely congested, the mucus is so thick and tenatious that I can not cough it up. All the other nebulizer products just do not thin out heavy musus the way Acetylstein does. It usually takes a couple of days, but the end result is clear lungs.
