Question/Comment:

I take TylenolPM when I have nights when I cannot sleep. I only take one. If I take two or more I will have that druggy feeling in the morning. It works for me!

Question/Comment:

I have been taking Tylenol PM for some time now. I work odd hours that vary. I may start my day at 3:00 a.m. or I may end my day at 3:00 a.m. I have found that it works, however, at times, I also take Legatrin for leg cramps. There have been a few times that I have found myself actually having problems with my throat feeling like it is closing. I have to drink a lot of water in order to get past that feeling. However, it does help me sleep in my odd hours of sleeping.

Question/Comment:

Tylenol PM works for me but I have to be sure I don't have a drink or wine much before I take it.
I have done that in the past and it keeps me awake!

I used to take Ambien but since moving back to California, Kaiser does not cover Ambien. The Tylenol PM works best for me. I take two at a time.

Question/Comment:

It helps me with both my insomnia and pains so I can get a real good nights sleep. I don't have the hung over feeling in the morning.
