- Patients consenting to hear about research opportunities may be invited to participate in a survey. The information we collect as part of the survey is deidentified. However, we may collect some identifying information from you solely for mailing you compensation for your time in completing the survey. This identifying information is retained for accounting purposes for up to one year.
The Way We Use Information
We store the information you provide about yourself in a secure database in order to provide you with the information, products, and/or services you request. The information is stored for the lifetime of the database unless you request that it be removed.
