WHAT DOES IT DO?
This product is used in the treatment of allergic conditions including seasonal and perennial rhinitis, as well as the treatment of nasal polyps. It is a topical corticosteroid that is only absorbed by the body in very small amounts.

To minimize dry nose and nose bleeds, my doctor told me to: 1] aim the spray away from my septum and 2] if necessary, use a Q-Tip to put a small amount of Ayr nasal gel or triple antibiotic ointment on my septum before spraying Nasonex.
