Question/Comment:

I am a 31 y/o female, and was prescribed Inderal and Elavil for Migraine Headaches at about the age of 13. It did absolutely nothing for me except cause a weight gain of about 25 pounds, and fatigue. Around the age of 18, I went off the meds, the weight came off effortlessly, and I continued to suffer until the age of 24. That is when my new doctor prescribed Esgic plus. I have been on it for 6+ years so far, and there has never been a headache it hasn't taken care of. Esgic plus is my saving grace!

I have to take propanolol for anxiety related high blood pressure. I was prescribed it at the beginning of the week and have not yet taken it. i have a phobia relating to tablets and my headaches are getting worse. I think i may have to give it a go although I am not happy about it and would prefer to try something else which doesnt involve drugs.
