I started taking folic acid and ferrous sulfate last night. I never have any pain, but today I have
an uncharacteristic shoulder ache on my right side. Could this new meds have caused it?

It was recommended to me by some people in a bipolar forum. It promotes healthy hair. I had been taking depakote and my hair was falling out and losing it's luster. I was told that taking 200mcg a day will help heal hair loss and bring back the shine.

High,
I started with Filicine yesterday, and half an houer after I took the first, I got severe Diarhoe. Can there be a connection? Do I have to take Vit. B12 in addition, in order to absorb Filicine correct.

well if u get sores in ur mouth they do help u with that. I cant have oranges and i take the folic acid so that i still get my vitamin c in to my body
