Question/Comment:
Anyone taking Evista and also have acid reflux think that Evista might be causing us to have too much acid? That is my situation and I am going to the doctor to see what he thinks and if I should switch from Evista to another osteoporosis medication. Then I might be able to stop the Prevacid that I take.

Answer/Reply from iGuard:
Leg cramps and swelling in the legs are side effects associated with raloxifene. There is also a boxed warning related to raloxifene increasing the risk of blood clots in the legs which often results in swelling of the leg with the clot. Because of this boxed warning, it is worth talking to your doctor about symptoms of swelling in the extremities.
