Answer/Reply:

I am getting tremors, shaking of the hands I can't control. ALso, I got leg pains in my hamstring first that went to my hips then back. My daughter thats a pharmacist told me to go off the simvastatin because of interactions causing muscle pains. We thought that was the source of my sudden onset of pain. However it has continued for a month. Now they say I have osteoporesis and a fracture in my spine. I have never had these problems so I am wondering if the amiodarone can lead to this?

before taking Amiodarone I was running to the ER at least once a week some times twice. Since I have been taking it I have only had one episode and that was treated with a dose of Amiodarone. I was sent home from the hospital that same day aproximatly 8 to 10 hrs. after onset. I have been taking it for about 6 years.
