If anyone is obese and looking for a drug for weight loss, I strongly recomend phentermine. It greatly reduces your appetite while boosting your energy level. My first month i lost 17 pounds.

The problem with phentermine is once you stop taking it you tend to gain all your weight back then some.

Check out your local Curves. Curves has an excellent weight management program as well as a low impact workout that is fun, fast, and safe. My first 8 months @ Curves I lost 94 pounds.

when your bmi is above 35 or it is medically neccessary. Check out Lapband.com and Realize.com these are great website and you can calculate your bmi here also. Then talk to your Dr.
