Question/Comment:

I noticed not much people take omega 3. it is the building blocks for our brain. it can help ALEVIATE not medicate symptoms for ad/hd, dislexia, dispraxia. The sources is from a book I read at the library. I forgot the name but if intrested look for info on ad/hd or dislexia, dispraxia. and it will be a book on all three topics and how omega fats can help us with them. it also mentions alot about mothers milk and how it it IMPORTANT that we get breast fed. appearntly the milk has what our brain needs early on in our life to help prevent certain diseases including the three I named.
