Provigil works well as long as I don't forget to take it....if I do then I have to start all over again. The first dose makes me tired...second keep me awake and then from there on it will start keeping me alert.

I have THREE diseases w/CF. I take 400mg. Provigil (need it since my Gastric Bypass. It works Great !
