i suffer from terrible nausea and dizziness if i stand up after lying down i get a drop in bloodressure .I suffer from bad indegestion.I suffer from pain in all my joints continous headaches i get a lot of eye soreness due to very dry eyes even though i put drops in them five times a day .I havent the strenght or the energy to do anything.ihave an undiognosed form of pneaumonia .Ihave seen numerous doctors and no one knows what my problem is or whats causing it .all replies and opinions welcome

SPIRIVA is wonderful. I never get short of breath. I only use my inhaler (rescue) once every couple of months. Good stuff! I'm not big on Advair as I have gotten thrush many times from it.
