What does this mean?

iGuard is currently monitoring safety alerts for fenofibrate tablets. If you have doctor "samples" of fenofibrate 120 mg tablets, look at the bottle to see if it is labeled "Fenoglide 120 mg" and has a lot number 0704784. If your samples are "Fenoglide 120 mg" and the container has a "lot" number printed on it that matches the lot number listed in the recall, you should return these samples to your doctor. If you cannot find the lot number of the sample, or do not know who made the tablets, return the samples to your doctor to examine.
